About

Jacqueline Austin (Creative Designer, "The Colonel's Bequest," Sierra 2/90) writes screenplays, web content and novels as well as designing games. "The Colonel's Bequest" was one of the first character and plot-driven games and was commended by "Computer Gaming Magazine" for its pioneering structure and design (cover story, 2/90). The design also features one of the first uses of time-driven elements in a narrative game.
