Neal graduated from the University of Oregon Honors College, Summa Cum Laude, with a BFA in Visual Design in 1995. He worked as a digital artist for Dynamix (division of Sierra) from 1996 to 2000. After moving to Portland, OR, he taught 3D Modeling and 2D Digital Art at the Art Institute of Portland for four years. Currently, he teaches Graphic Novel at Pacific Northwest College of Art and works as a freelance animator. | |||
