Company Info
Museum of Computer Adventure Game History[1] wrote:Softporn was originally written just as an exercise by Chuck Benton, to help him learn BASIC programming. However when some friends saw the game and liked it, he decided to try selling it himself. Using the company name Blue Sky Software, he sold a few dozen copies before meeting the Williams' at a Computer Show. They bought a copy, tried it, and liked it, and so it eventually ended up being published by Sierra. As a result, this particular release of the game is exceedingly rare.
