About
Unfortunately, like Command Aces of the Deep encounters, the demo encounters an audio internal assertion failure under Windows.
"Assert::err: line 522 in "..\sim\win_snd.cpp": Unable to initialize Sound/FX
Running it in MS-DOS mode could resolve these errors, but there is no DOS executable included with Command Aces of the Deep.
An imperfect workaround is to create a shortcut to the main EXE, "AODCD.EXE" and add an "-s" switch to the end. This will start the game with no audio, but will bypass this audio initialization error.
