Description

The Space Quest Series was one of Sierra On-line's main series of adventure games. The first Space Quest was created by Mark Crowe and Scott Murphy from Sierra, in 1986. It is about a character named Roger Wilco, a janitor, who accidentally saves the day from the evil Sariens. There are two versions of Space Quest 1. The original was made in AGI, with the remake developed in SCI (in both EGA and VGA). A planned 7th episode was to have been developed using a 3-D engineCitation Required[1], perhaps a modified version of Dynamix's 3Space engine.

Space Quest 1 and 2 were created with the AGI engine; further sequels used SCI.
