The toggle command toggles a flag's value.
Syntax
toggle(flg fA);
Remarks
Toggles flag fA (from FALSE to TRUE or TRUE to FALSE).
Possible Errors
Changing values of reserved flags can have unpredictable results, and should be done carefully.
