A DUK file is a video saved using The Duck Corporation TrueMotion S video codec. It contains a scene played within a PC or Sega Saturn video game. DUK files are quite uncommon, so most popular media players cannot play them.

More Information

The Duck Corporation was a New York company that created a series of TrueMotion video codecs. These codecs were used primarily to produce full-motion videos for video games.

DUK files were produced using the TrueMotion S video codec, which is the first codec The Duck Corporation developed. Phantasmagoria: A Puzzle of Flesh used videos encoded using the TrueMotion S codec (not all of which were DUK files, some were saved as .AVI).
