Description
Dr.T's MT-32 Editor/Librarian is a DOS-based MT-32 editor and Librarian from the Lilly Freelance Software. Allows you to to work with patch banks. The SCI Sound Utilities GUI has Dr.T's MT-32 Editor/Librarian set to run in DOSBox for compatibility on all modern Windows.
